Changing a working business model which is already working well and producing value is not an easy task. Challenging a cash generating model to do something differently to produce a totally different result requires a structured approach. It requires someone to audit and tabulate various components in the input, output and the environment variables. Then properly identifying the cost and value components of each of those and then finally re-adjusting or applying an identified innovation/disruption to affect them in a way that it generate additional value for the organization or their customers. There needs to be A/B tests done to see if what we have impacted has created the impact that we wanted or not before rolling it out at large scale. 

We at Abhiman Consulting, understand that like any other skill there is practice required to be able to change something which is already working and that too in a continuous manner. We also have a view that there needs to be a basic training done  to know the intricacies of a discipline. We want the stakeholders in your organization to learn to do this with an expert once so that they can give the best result when doing this on a regular basis thereafter. We conduct a full day lab to teach the concept of it by doing the current business model audit where participants are asked to go through a structured process to see the value of it. Prior to the workshop we will identify the stakeholders in your organization working closely with the leadership team and priority of who should attend the workshop by a proper audit as to which functions needs the upskilling for the best ROI. These are normally a 1-day onsite labs.
