Raj has spent over 20 years of his career in the technology industry. He has led various businesses, software development practices, and talent transformation.

He founded Abhiman Consulting with the aim of helping small and medium business organizations to transform their business/digitization/software-development/people and process to support continued growth. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer in this early-stage consulting firm. Abhiman works with organizations to 

Innovate their business model, to find more revenue streams 

Apply optimal digitization & data strategies to improve their decision-making process, 

Find ways to sharpen their software development practices, and 

Applies strategies to raise the bar of their talent base and processes to the next levels by conducting various people’s labs. 

A meticulous audit, recommend and implement the strategy is applied with the help of experts in identified industries as soon as discussions start

Before his current role, he spent close to 19 years of his 23+ years of professional career at Cisco Systems; before he left for various consulting and startup roles, he was the Head of Developer and Customer Experience for the Service Provider Network Systems group at Cisco, the largest provider of service provider network operating systems and platforms in the world. During his tenure at Cisco, in his last held role, he helped lead the transition of their SPNS platform and software development to deliver fast, which changed the growth trajectory of the SPNS offerings and transformed the way customers experienced the SPNS products and IOS-XR. He grew to this role from an illustrated 18+ years that he spent at Cisco, where he started as an engineer.

He holds a two year GMP degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (2020), an MBA from the University of Phoenix  (2010), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from India (1997).
